Description Ramen noodles

Ramen noodles are a specialty of Japanese cuisine. They are made from wheat flour, salt and water and traditionally with an alkaline salt. This alkaline salt gives them a very special firmness to the bite. This product is a slightly thicker ramen noodle that curls slightly after cooking. They are only regenerated very briefly, approx. 2 minutes. They untangle as they cook. When cooked, the 130 g portion is quite large with 200 g of the finished product, and it may even be enough for two plates.

These ramen noodles can be combined wit ramen soups based on miso or soy sauce (shoyu) or boiled pork bones (Tonkotsu). In addition, there are: meat, fish, vegetables or eggs, according to your personal ideas.

This product is frozen and will be delivered chilled.


Preparation of the pasta

The preparation is very simple. The noodles are cooked for about 1.5 - 2 minutes - done!
